Peter Chana

Managing Director

BSc (Hons), FAPM, MCIOB

Peter has over 30 years experience of helping a variety of clients to conserve and create their construction, estates and property assets.

He has led several business divisions and in doing so, has had the honour of working for an array of prestigious clients across multiple sectors, such as; The National Trust, The Houses of Parliament, The Royal Household, Kings College London, Imperial College London and The British Museum.

Peter knows how to deliver lasting value, create sustainable futures and has a passion for helping to inspire the next generation. He is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) as well as a Fellow of the Association of Project Management (FAPM), in addition to being ex-chairperson of their London branch for over 10 years whilst supporting the APM’s growth. Peter is also a Board Trustee for The Cogges Heritage Trust in Witney, Oxfordshire, and a prominent member of his local community in Henley-in-Arden.


John Carminati

Project Director

John has over 26 years’ experience in the industry including multi-site Estate and Telecommunications Project Management and has spent the last 15 years working alongside Peter. 

He has employed his experience and knowledge to manage and run numerous complicated and challenging construction projects. He also has excellent skills in both Client and Contractor management dealing with a multitude of stakeholders. In addition, he has delivered a variety of projects in differing sectors, Heritage, Laboratory, Education, Leisure, Retail, Residential and fit-out projects and has good experience in move management to name but a few. 

He has proven leadership skills derived from the high-profile and complex projects that he has delivered.  These include the Parliamentary Estate, Kings College London, Cambridge University and, he played a crucial role in delivering The All England Lawn and Tennis Club (Wimbledon) for the London 2012 Olympic Games. 

He thoroughly enjoyed playing rugby in his younger days. However, is now unfortunately a frustrated spectator, although he does enjoy following Arsenal Football Club and watching his son play football for Ipswich Town FC.

Alice Latham

Heritage Project Manager

BA (Hons), MArchD, MSc

Alice is an advocate for sensitive and sustainable practices within the historic built environment. With a background in architecture, she studied her Part 1 at the University of Sheffield before working in several architecture practices. She then undertook a master’s degree in Applied Architectural Design at Oxford Brooke’s University, specialising in International Architectural Regeneration and Development. 

She has recently completed an MSc at University College London (UCL) in Sustainable Heritage, with her thesis focusing on adaptive reuse strategies in complex heritage sites. Alice has a passion for historic environments, with experience assessing the significance of heritage assets as well as undertaking successful Listed Building Consent applications for clients. She is an Affiliate of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC), and a Member of the Heritage Trust Network’s Youth Forum.


Josh Chana

Project & Programme Manager

Josh has progressed through his career in the built environment over the past six years after completing his BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Project Management. Having worked for large multi-national public companies to world-leading HEIs, he has had a diverse and varied career thus far which has helped him to develop his knowledge and understanding of project and programme delivery. He’s been fortunate to deliver work for high-profile public and private sector clients across several sectors (including corporate real estate, financial services, higher education, central government, and arts, culture & heritage).

He is a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), a Board Trustee for The Royal Air Force Museum, and a guest speaker for the EY (Ernst & Young) Foundation, supporting their professional and personal development workshops with the aim of building aspirations, confidence and professional insight for 11–15-year-olds.

Sharn Dancer

Project Manager

Sharn is an accomplished project manager with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management. She has a diverse portfolio of experience in the built environment; key projects include heritage regeneration schemes, luxury private residential and NHS capital projects. Sharn prides herself on her ability to manage complex stakeholder profiles and enjoys working in collaborative teams to build strong working relationships for project success.

Sharn is an advocate for health and wellbeing, in her personal time she runs a small wellness business, working with people to support them holistically.

Jemima Chana

Fundraising Project Manager

Jemima is an ambitious and relationship-focused fundraising professional with experience managing multiple levels of donors. She has experience from across the third sector, having worked for several charities that span a diverse range of causes, from student well-being to international development and finance. Her current role as a Fundraising & Events Officer for Opportunity International involves supporting them with fundraising activities and stewardship events.

She is also entering her final year of study of a master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent’s Centre for Philanthropy, which is the world's second most reputable institution for studying philanthropy as an academic discipline.

Finally, she also Founder of The Oxford Fundraising Network, a networking group for professionals working in the fundraising and philanthropic sector, which seeks to increase communication and collaboration in this industry.

  • We are looking for an Assistant Project Manger to join us and support our team in the delivery of their projects (and other day-to-day tasks) by assisting with client commissions generally. A key part of the role is to assist them in establishing and delivering both project specific and company-wide objectives. This role also covers supporting with business development initiatives and carrying out general office and administration duties.

    As our work focusses on the delivery of projects, this is a hybrid role, and is split between the company office, client offices, and project sites depending on the commission. However, working from home is actively encouraged as long as the role is being fulfilled.

    Our business is keen to support the development of students, and we are looking for someone who is currently studying a construction or related degree to join us for a placement year and develop their understanding of project management within construction.
